About this speaker
Jackson Distillers was founded to create a new clean, green, highly efficient grain distillery integrating into the local rural economy; adding value to local cereals and recycling raw materials, water and energy. It brings the opportunity for 20 high value permanent jobs and 200 roles during the construction phase. This £46m project will produce 20m litres of pure alcohol per year for both grain whisky and neutral spirit (gin & vodka).
